The improvisation is the product
Nobody is watching a Just Chatting stream because they want a polished performance. So do not script one. What you should script is the handful of blocks where getting it wrong has a cost: the hook that decides whether someone sticks around, the sponsor read where the wording is in a contract, the disclosure you are legally required to say, and the outro you always mangle at 2am.
That is maybe four minutes of a four-hour stream. It is also the four minutes that pay for the other three hours and fifty-six.
Keying it over your scene

Section jumps are what make it usable live
A stream is not linear. The sponsor break happens when it happens. Mark each block with two hash marks and the whole script becomes a set of things you can summon on demand and dismiss again, rather than a wall of text scrolling at you for four hours you did not need it.
If you have a mod or a producer, they can pair a phone and jump you to the sponsor block while you are mid-sentence, so it is there exactly when you reach for it.
Do not read the chat interaction
Obvious, but worth saying. The second a reply to chat sounds as polished as your sponsor read, everyone knows. Keep the prompter for the blocks and stay completely off it for everything else.
