ScrollCue provides a chromeless output window rendering the script over a chroma key background, which can be added to OBS as a window capture and keyed out. It follows script pushes and transport like any other paired device, so a producer can drive it from a phone.

Nobody wants a scripted stream. What people do want is for the opening hook to actually land, for the sponsor read to say what the contract says it will say, and for the outro to remember the thing you always forget. Those are three short blocks in a three-hour broadcast, and they are exactly what a prompter is for.
Getting it into OBS
ScrollCue opens a window with nothing in it but the scrolling text on a flat chroma key colour. Add it in OBS as a Window Capture, apply a Chroma Key filter, and the background drops out, leaving the text over your scene. Green by default, blue if you are wearing green, black if your scene has no dark areas.
Most streamers key it into a scene they are looking at rather than one they are broadcasting, so it lives on their monitor and not on the stream. Some put it on the stream deliberately, which is a stylistic choice and entirely up to you.

A producer can drive it
The OBS output behaves like any other device in Event Mode. It receives script pushes and follows transport, so someone else can jump you to the sponsor section from their phone while you are mid-sentence, and it will be there when you need it. Section jumps mean you are always one tap from the next structured block.
